Do I have to buy the page you made?
No. We build it first so you can decide by looking at it. If it isn't for you, ignore the email and that's the end of it.
Can you change things before it goes live?
Yes. Reply with what you'd like different, from the photos to the wording, and we'll update the page so you can see it again.
Who owns the website?
You do. It's a one-off price and the site lives on your own domain. There's no subscription.
Where did you get my details?
From public listings like maps and your old website. We only use them to build your page and to write to you about it.
I already have a website that works.
Then you don't need us, and we're glad. If we got it wrong, tell us and we won't write again.
